By accessing or using the Vicholla platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible for marriage to use Vicholla. By registering, you represent that you are of legal marriageable age as per the applicable laws of your country of residence. Profiles created for individuals below the legal marriageable age will be removed.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Only one account per person is permitted.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose of finding a matrimonial match. You shall not post false or misleading profile information, harass or harm other users, use the Service for commercial solicitation, share another user's personal information without consent, or upload content that violates any law.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Vicholla, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously.
Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may deactivate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Limitation of Liability
Vicholla acts as a platform to facilitate introductions and is not responsible for the conduct of its users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles or the success of any matrimonial match. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vicholla shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
